Scooter Delivery to Your Hotel in Phuket — How It Works

You do not need to go anywhere to pick up a scooter in Phuket — APARTEL brings it to your hotel, villa or condo for free anywhere on the west coast: Bang Tao, Laguna, Surin, Kamala, Patong and the areas in between. To the south of the island (Kata, Karon, Rawai) we deliver by arrangement. Bikes start at 250 ฿/day, and with two offices — Patong and Bang Tao — we cover the whole west side. Here are the delivery zones, how to order, and what happens when we arrive.

How to order delivery — three lines in a chat

1. Model. Pick one in the catalogue — from a Yamaha Fino at 250 ฿/day to the new XMAX 2026 at 800 ฿/day. Not sure? Tell us how many of you there are and where you plan to ride — we will suggest one.
2. Dates. A rental day runs 13:00 to 13:00 — check into your hotel and the bike is already waiting at reception.
3. Address. Hotel name or a location pin. We agree the delivery time in the same chat.

What happens when we arrive

• You show your passport — show only; we never keep it as a deposit.
• You leave a cash deposit of 2,500–5,000 ฿ depending on the model. The amount is fixed in writing beforehand.
• We film the bike together from every angle — that video protects you from any claims at return.
• You get two helmets, a rain poncho and a phone holder — all included in the price.

The whole handover takes 5–10 minutes. Then you are on wheels.

Why our delivery is free when others charge

Our two offices — Patong and Bang Tao — sit at the two ends of the main tourist strip on the west coast. We never have to haul a bike across the island, so there is nothing to charge you for. Single-office shops in the south either charge for delivery or ask you to come by taxi — 300–500 ฿ each way that is better spent on the bike itself.
