Known areas that can be selected for confirmation include Bang Tao, Laguna, Cherngtalay, Surin, Patong, Karon, Kata and Kata Noi. If the address is in another Phuket area, APARTEL first confirms delivery cost and timing. Until that happens, delivery should not be treated as free or scheduled. This avoids confusion between a broad district name and the actual pin on the map. A handover near HKT airport also requires advance booking; APARTEL has no separate rental counter inside the terminal.
